PARKOUR BEGINNERS
Parkour is an athletic training discipline in which gymnasts attempt to get from point A to point B in the most fluid way possible, without assisting equipment and in the fastest and most efficient way possible! A parkour session includes running, climbing, swinging, vaulting, jumping and rolling onto gymnastics equipment. To do Parkour you need to be strong, have good balance and be able to coordinate your body. It involves seeing one's environment in a new way, and envisioning the potential for navigating it by movement around, across, though, over and under the equipment.

PARKOUR ADVANCED
Our invite only parkour advanced classes are 60 minute sessions. In these sessions gymnasts will learn more complex parkour skills. This class must be booked in advance before you attend your first session.
